If your dog is scooting or licking their rear and you’re unsure why, your vet can help identify the cause and whether daily gland support is appropriate.

Check in after 3–5 weeks of consistent use, looking at stool quality, scooting, licking and everyday comfort. Allow a full 90 days of daily use to assess overall progress.

If your dog has needed gland expressions, progress can mean no longer needing them or in some cases needing them less often. Note the date of their last expression and their usual time between expressions, so you have a starting point for comparison. If fishy leaks have been a problem, look for fewer of those, too.

If symptoms worsen or your dog seems unwell, seek veterinary advice rather than waiting until Day 90.

There are 30 soft chews in each jar. How long one jar lasts depends on your dog’s weight and recommended daily serving.

Give FORM by hand like a treat or with food. The full daily serving is based on your dog’s weight:

• Up to 22 lb: 1 chew per day.
• 23–55 lb: 2 chews per day.
• 56–88 lb: 3 chews per day.
• Over 88 lb: 4 chews per day.

Start with half the recommended daily serving for your dog’s weight for the first seven days. From Day 8, increase to the full serving if your dog is tolerating it well.

You can split the daily serving between meals.

In the event that your dog accidentally consumes significantly more than the daily recommended dose, consult your vet for advice.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the container tightly closed after each use.

Yes. All current FORM offers include free tracked shipping, with no minimum tub quantity. The optional Priority VIP Insurance service shown at checkout is separate from shipping.

Standard orders normally take 1–3 business days to process. If you select Priority VIP Insurance at checkout, your order receives priority processing within one business day. Delivery normally takes 5–15 business days after processing. Priority processing does not shorten the carrier’s delivery window.

We ship to any verified address in a U.S. state or territory, including P.O. boxes.

Your first FORM order and any add-ons bought immediately after checkout share one 90-day guarantee from delivery, whether you choose a 30-, 60- or 90-day supply. Add-ons do not restart or extend that period. You have a further 14 days after the trial to submit your request.

The results guarantee covers no improvement or only minor improvement after consistent use. It does not cover a change of mind after clear, substantial improvement.

Refusal and poor tolerance are covered too. Contact us earlier if either happens.

Email hello@devotedhumans.com with your order number or receipt and a short description of your experience. There’s no need to save or return empty tubs. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

The guarantee includes the eligible first-order supply for your dog’s weight, with no two-tub cap and no separate $9 processing fee. Ordinary unopened returns have separate conditions. See our Refund Policy for full details.

For an approved FORM guarantee claim, you do not need to return the product. We will email you when your refund has been issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
